TITLE: Tell Me TYPE: Free Verse CRITIQUE: Yes OTHER: Featured on two RedBubble groups, Feb. 2009.
when a person so real to you stops existing
tell me how to f e e l
when the memory becomes the oxygen impossibly solidified
tell me how to b r e a t h e
when a person whom you cherish disappears forever
tell me how to s e e
when a friend whom you trust transforms completely
tell me how to b e l i e v e
but when your lover who was never tangible never speaks
tell me you u n d e r s t a n d
and when you weren’t ready for that moment of silence
try to tell me that i’m w r o n g

Wowsies! This is brilliant... a thinkers poem. The layout of course fits perfectly, but I've always known you to be aesthetically-minded, so I would expect nothing less You have a serious talent.
